Out of Hours & Opening Hours Change
Dear Clients,
Up until now we have always provided our own out-of-hours service on weekdays, and Campsie Omagh have looked after our weekend out-of-hours from 5pm on Saturdays to 8am on Mondays since 2023.
We are now passing our overnight on-call service on Friday nights to our partners, Campsie Omagh, 25 Knocknamoe Road, Omagh, BT79 7LB, 02866 323335. This service will be operated by experienced vets and nurses who will be on-site all night.
Campsie will look after the out-of-hours service between 7pm Friday evenings and 8am Monday mornings. We will operate our 9-5pm clinic as usual on Saturdays at The Brook Veterinary Clinic. We open 9-7pm Monday-Friday and our out-of-hours will be managed by The Brook Veterinary Clinic as usual Monday-Thursday. This is intended as a temporary change and we hope to resume our Friday night out-of-hours service soon.

Our systems and services will continue to be available at The Brook Veterinary Clinic, meaning you can rest assured there will be no disruption to your pet’s care. This also means your data would continue to be processed by us and our third-party providers to ensure we continue to provide veterinary care.
